The 1st XI compete in Division 1A of the Kent Regional League; the 2nd XI play in Division 2C of the same League
On Sundays the emphasis is on friendly fixtures aimed at developing members skills, bringing on younger players and giving social players a game. The fixtures are still competitive with an emphasis on enjoying the game. This year will include a mixture of timed games, 40 over and T20. It's a good time to try out new techniques or test yourself in a unfamiliar role.
Net sessions are held regularly during the season every Thursday evening from 6.30pm (until dusk) at our ground at Manor Field. (Start date for 2018: 3rd May.) It's a great opportunity for new players to come along to meet other club members & get some practice in. Contact the Club Secretary for full details, check out Facebook, Twitter or simply show up.
New Ash Green & Hartley Cricket Club are a friendly village cricket club founded in 1972. We have been based at our home ground of Manor Field in Hartley, Kent for the past 15 years. Newcomers are always welcome.
Matches are played at various grounds in Kent:
- At our home ground at Manor Field, Church Road, Hartley.
- League matches normally alternate between our home ground and that of the opposition (within the North West Kent area).
- As a consequence there will be a home game at Manor Field, either 1st or 2nd XI, almost every Saturday across the summer.
- Most Sunday games are played at home.
See the Fixtures page for more details.
- Each summer the Club visits Bristol for a week long tour of clubs in the surrounding countryside.
Spectators/supporters are very welcome at all our matches. Come on down on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and enjoy watching some village cricket played in good spirit. There are benches located at various points around the ground, or feel free to bring your own chairs or blanket to sit on. Families welcome.

Not at the present time, although the club is looking to re-establishing one. Youngsters over the age of 12 are allowed to compete in league games and are very welcome to develop their cricket in a supportive environment at our Sunday games. If you have a child under 12 and are looking for junior cricket please get in contact to register your interest.
How much does the coin flip matter? This weekend one New Ash Green side won it, the other didn't. Would this affect the final results?...
